Judgement, a tool of perception, involves always a rejection of some kind. Whether you are judging something worthy or unworthy matters not as the mechanism is the same. And as this involves thought, and thoughts never leave their source - oh yes you can point the finger all day but that still does not throw the thought you are holding outside your head and onto whatever or whoever you are pointing at - then the thought of rejection sits inside you and gets experienced by you. This is why it was said "judge not lest ye be judged".
Understanding the Law of Attraction then is essential to this idea. The thought you hold "tunes" the vibrational magnet that you are and attracts to you those experiences that correspond to the thought inside you. Judge and you will find yourself running from being judged and when it has caught up to you you will be vehemently defending yourself against an attack that you created.

At our ego levels we make and re-make our "image" of ourselves and weep as that image gets crushed, poked and prodded by other egos, or fail to realize the damage it does to itself when it is the one lashing out. Thoughts never leave their source - think of the image of holding a burning coal in the palm of your hand. You may have written someone else's name on it and maybe told a few others the story but the effects of the burning coal are felt strongest where the coal lies.
But at the level of Spirit there is nothing to re-make for nothing has ever changed. There is no "burning coal" to hold for Spirit knows that what it sees is but itself and would never dream of hurting self. That is an insane idea only an ego could rationalize and accept. It is this level that we reach for when we "work" on ourselves. It is the light that shines through the illusion of bodies that delights and unites us.
Those in positions of "authority" and those "under" them are always engaged in a battle of some kind around the belief that something will be taken from one or the other reinforcing the belief the ego holds in lack, limitation and the necessity of attack. Bodies attack bodies, they bleed and they die. Stuff is taken, piled, amassed, shifted from hand to hand and yet no one is ever really happy, that "hole" is never filled, that stomach eats it's way to it's own destruction.
This is because the ego is a contradictory concept in and of itself and can only produce contradictions and confusion and fluff that holds no nutritional value and so fails to satisfy the soul that only feels the joy of fulfillment when it connects to it's Source - however that source is understood: God, Universal Mind, Life Force, Nature.
The course also says "You are not really capable of being tired, but you are very capable of wearying yourself. The strain of constant judgement is virtually intolerable" (pg. 42-43). Give yourself the rest that is your due. Surrender judgement. be willing to see your brother and your sister in the light of the truth of who they are and you set yourself free to be the light of truth that you are.
As the course also says "Only the Oneness of knowledge is free of conflict. Your kingdom is not of this world because it was given you from beyond this world. Only in this world is the idea of an authority problem meaningful. The world is not left by death but by truth, and truth can be known by all those for whom the Kingdom was created, and for whom it waits." (pg.46)
in other words... Let go and Let god!
